Subscribers (agents): name, email, company details, coverage area, and payment status. Card details are processed by our payment provider Mollie and never stored by us.
Homeowners (leads): contact details and property information submitted voluntarily through our valuation request forms, with explicit consent to be contacted by a real estate agent.
Visitors: basic analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. Why we process it

To deliver the subscription service (contract).
To match homeowners with one agent in their area (consent).
To handle billing, support and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

Homeowner data is shared with exactly one subscribing agent. Subscriber data is shared with our payment provider (Mollie) and hosting provider (Vercel) as processors. We never sell personal data.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing support@fastley.com. EU/EEA residents may complain to their local data protection authority.
