What exactly am I buying?
A monthly subscription that delivers a fixed number of exclusive seller leads: homeowners in your coverage area who have requested a valuation or agent contact. Each lead includes verified contact details and property information, delivered digitally to your dashboard and email.
Where do the leads come from?
We run our own marketing — search, social and content — aimed at homeowners who are considering selling. They fill in a valuation request and explicitly agree to be contacted by a real estate agent. We never scrape or buy third-party lists.
Are leads really exclusive?
Yes. Each lead is delivered to exactly one subscriber. We cap the number of agents per coverage area to make that possible.
What if a lead is invalid?
If a lead has a wrong number, is a duplicate, or the person never made the request, flag it in your dashboard within 7 days and we replace it free of charge. Replacements don't count against your monthly quota.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel anytime — your subscription simply stops at the end of the paid month. Because leads are delivered continuously as a digital service, we don't refund delivered leads, but invalid leads are always replaced. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Which areas do you cover?
Coverage depends on where homeowners are requesting valuations. Enter your area at checkout and we'll confirm availability before your first billing period starts — if we can't serve your area, you get a full refund.
